Highlights

Flexible Form Factor

DDR is a low-power, bare flex circuit that can be laid flat or curved around a test article, making it ideal for applications where rigid housings are too large or could alter test dynamics.

Built-In 6DOF Measurement

DDR accurately records linear and angular acceleration data, making it well-suited for impact, motion, and biomechanics testing, including critical head-impact measurement.

Ultra-Low Power

DDR captures short-duration events without a tethered system. This standalone shock and vibration logger is designed to be embedded on or in devices under test without affecting normal use or test dynamics.

Embedded Standalone Recording

With onboard recording capabilities, the DDR features a programmable acceleration threshold trigger that automatically re-arms for the next event. Each event is stamped with date, time, and temperature information.

Applications

DDR is designed for embedded measurement applications where size, weight, and power consumption must be kept to a bare minimum. It is well-suited for short-duration impact and motion testing in wearables, protective products, and compact packages where external cabling may affect test results.

Applications include:

SOFTWARE

DDR configuration software options:

DDR Control

DDR Control software provides easy-to-use tools for test setup and viewing events. Designed for speed and simplicity, DDR Control lets users configure the recorder, view real-time sensor output and review time-history data.
