Proven In-Dummy DAS Heritage
TDAS G5 is the first in-dummy DAS solution developed for a regulatory anthropomorphic test device (ATD). TDAS G5 was engineered by DTS as part of the ISO World Side Impact Dummy (WorldSID) Task Group.
Flexible Deployment
The TDAS G5 module is designed to transition from in-dummy to onboard docking-station options, plus it can be adapted for smart load-cell walls and crash barriers.
Standalone High-Speed Recording
Integrated signal conditioning, adjustable filters, high bandwidth options, and direct-to-flash recording support untethered acquisition during short-duration, high-consequence events.
Compact, Distributed Architecture
TDAS G5 supports distributed data acquisition close to the point of measurement, helping reduce cable length, simplify dummy and vehicle setup, and improve signal quality in demanding dynamic test environments.

TDAS Control
TDAS Control is the original set-up, control, viewing and export software developed by DTS. TDAS Control provides easy-to-use tools for configuring output timing, as well as advanced features such as automatic sensor assignment, detailed channel diagnostics, real-time display and squib fire for airbag testing. TDAS Control only works with TDAS G5 and TDAS PRO.

TDAS G5 Vehicle Docking Station (VDS)
TDAS G5 Vehicle Docking Station (VDS) is a rugged onboard mounting solution for the TDAS G5 data acquisition system. It offers easy access to sensor inputs, power, status, and a 19-pin communication interface. The connector panel features 32 sensor connectors (LEMO or Tajmi) and 16 digital inputs. TDAS G5 Vehicle Docking Station is rugged and crashworthy.

TDAS G5 iPort
TDAS G5 iPort is a rugged onboard mounting solution for the TDAS G5 data acquisition system. The TDAS G5 iPort mounting solution is designed for smart load cell barrier walls with integrated DAS. Four D-Sub connectors support 8 sensor inputs each for a robust interface for sensor inputs, power and communication. TDAS G5 iPort is rugged and crashworthy.

Range Expanders
Range Expanders are an adapter cable that allow DTS data acquisition systems to safely record voltage signals exceeding the standard input range. Available in ±20 V, ±40 V, ±60 V and ±800 V ranges. Various connector options available (LEMO, Omnetics, Tajimi).

POWER PRO Onboard Battery
POWER PRO Onboard Battery is a rugged, ultra-compact battery that provides primary power and back-up power for high-channel count tests for up to 1 hour or more. Features a wide input voltage range 18-36 V and outputs 15 VDC nominal. POWER PRO Onboard Battery is rugged and crashworthy.

TDAS G5 Distributor
TDAS G5 Distributor allows up to four TDAS G5 DAS modules to communicate via a single exit cable for power, control, and Ethernet communication. The TDAS G5 Distributor is rugged and includes one Nano D cable. Ideal for in-dummy solutions. TDAS G5 Distributor is rugged and crashworthy.
